Yoga of Los Altos

Yoga of Los Altos feels honored to have recently been named Best Yoga Studio in Silicon Valley by the Mercury News. We have also won the 2011 & 2012 People's Choice Award - Voted Best Yoga Studio on the Peninsula!

Taught by some of the most outstanding instructors on the Peninsula, Yoga of Los Altos provides classes and workshops for all levels, ages, and abilities. We offer a broad range of yoga styles including Anusara, Iyengar, Vinyasa/Strong Flow, Resorative, Yin, Prenatal, and Yoga Tune-Up. In addition to yoga instruction, we also offer yoga props (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, etc.).

In 2010, Yoga of Los Altos successfully moved to its new location in April. Our new facility has two lovely studios. The main studio provides a very big room for large group classes. It has a simple 'zen-like' energy, a significant amount of workable wall space, and beautiful lighting provided by three large skylights. The second studio is smaller and more intimate, with a separate entrance. This studio is used for smaller classes and for private sessions. There is easy parking either in the front of the studio or in the back.

All the teachers at Yoga of Los Altos are deeply dedicated to serving the local community, and we deeply appreciate all the wonderful students that come to the studio.
